Flat hooks are end fittings for restraint strap assemblies, connecting the webbing to cabin anchor rings, footman loops and floor fittings. The open-throat shape gives fast hook-on and hook-off in cabin and cargo operations, where speed of attachment matters.
Two retainer-stud versions are available at 25 mm to lock the webbing in place once the hook is engaged: a spring-loaded stud at 1 500 daN and a standard stud at 1 000 daN. The range also covers a 25 mm light version at 450 daN and a 45 mm version at 1 500 daN.
Construction is zinc-plated steel for corrosion resistance, with unit weights from 24.5 to 166 g. Stocked as spare parts, compatible with the corresponding GPI Forankra webbing widths.
