Belt buckle
Belt buckles supply a quick connection for light belt and restraint assemblies, with male and female parts forming the complete buckle. They are used for equipment belts, light cabin restraints and...
Aluminium aircraft seat tracks (rectangular, semi-circular and flanged profiles) in 7075-T6 and T7 alloys. Thickness 9.6 to 13.5 mm. Cut to length on demand. For seats and cargo restraint.
Data sheet
The seat track range provides aluminium anchoring rails for aircraft seats, cargo restraint systems and cabin equipment. Seat tracks accept stud and stud-fitting hardware along a standardized pitch, forming the fixed attachment line for straps, nets and seat legs.
The range covers several profiles: standard rectangular tracks, a flanged track for surface mounting and a semi-circular track. Thickness runs from 9.6 to 13.5 mm and weight from 550 to 900 g/m, depending on profile and section. Tracks are machined from aviation aluminium, including 7075-T6511 and 7075-T73511 alloys for the structural references.
Rails are cut to length on demand, with common stock lengths of 2 m, 3 m and 6 m. Both metric and standard pitch versions are available across the range.

Ratchet buckles are manual tensioning devices for restraint and lashing straps. The ratchet mechanism applies and holds high tension in controlled increments, which makes it the standard choice for...
These combined fittings pair a slide adjuster with an end hook in a single part, so one component handles both length adjustment and anchoring on a 25 mm strap. They simplify light restraint...
This aircraft seatbelt buckle is used in cabin seat belt and occupant restraint assemblies. It supplies the quick-release connection between the two webbing ends, with male and female parts forming...
This tubular polyester webbing is used for corner ropes and lashing assemblies in air transport. The tubular construction spreads the load around the full circumference of the strap, which limits...
Single stud fittings with rings give a one-position anchor point on a seat track or air cargo pallet rail, with an integrated ring that takes the strap or hook directly. They are used for...
Round rings are closed anchor parts used as connection points in restraint, tie-down and lifting assemblies. The closed shape lets straps, slings and connectors run all the way around the ring,...
Rectangular rings are designed to connect two different webbing for an assembly. The range covers four rectangular sizes from 16 to 23 mm with ultimate loads from 100 to 300 daN, and one small...
Snap latches are spring-loaded closures used in cabin restraint and equipment assemblies, where a strap needs to be opened and re-closed often and without tools. A press on the latch releases the...
Flat snap hooks are end fittings for restraint strap assemblies, used to connect the webbing to cabin anchor rings, footman loops and floor fittings. A hinged latch is mounted on a rivet and closes...
The bi-pass buckle is a flat two-slot steel plate for 50 mm webbing. The webbing passes through one slot and back through the second, where it locks by friction. Depending on how it is threaded,...
Flat hooks are end fittings for restraint strap assemblies, connecting the webbing to cabin anchor rings, footman loops and floor fittings. The open-throat shape gives fast hook-on and hook-off in...
Raschel netting is a knitted mesh fabric supplied by the metre and used to build cabin partitions, baggage retention curtains and custom net assemblies that need a textile mesh rather than a...
Slide buckles are length-adjustment fittings for webbing straps. The webbing threads through the buckle and locks by friction, allowing manual adjustment of the strap length without a tensioning...
Quick links are reusable connectors with a screw-gate closure: a threaded sleeve runs along the gate to lock the link closed once a strap or ring is engaged. They replace permanent shackles where a...
Double J hooks are end fittings formed of two J-shaped wire fingers joined to a triangular webbing loop. The two fingers hook onto bars, floor fittings and anchor points, giving a stable engagement...
