FAR 25.853 tarpaulin
This PVC tarpaulin is the fire-resistant grade specified for use in aircraft cabins and air cargo holds, where any covering material must meet flammability requirements. It is used for load...
Fixation plates for 25 and 50 mm webbing, ultimate loads from 800 to 1 200 daN. Aluminium or zinc-plated steel. Bolt-down attachment points for restraint strap assemblies.
Data sheet
Fixation plates are flat anchor parts used to bolt the end of a webbing strap to the airframe, a load platform or any structure with matching threaded holes. The webbing loops through the plate, and one or two through-holes take the fixing bolts that hold the plate to the structure.
The range covers 25 mm and 50 mm webbing widths. 25 mm versions have a single 6 mm or 10 mm hole, available in zinc-plated steel at 1 000 daN or in aluminium at 800 daN for weight-sensitive installations. A 50 mm version with two 6 mm holes is rated at 1 200 daN. Unit weights run from 20 g for the aluminium versions to 110 g for the 50 mm steel plate.
Stocked as spare parts, compatible with the corresponding GPI Forankra webbing widths.

Single stud fittings with rings give a one-position anchor point on a seat track or air cargo pallet rail, with an integrated ring that takes the strap or hook directly. They are used for...
Round rings are closed anchor parts used as connection points in restraint, tie-down and lifting assemblies. The closed shape lets straps, slings and connectors run all the way around the ring,...
These combined fittings pair a slide adjuster with an end hook in a single part, so one component handles both length adjustment and anchoring on a 25 mm strap. They simplify light restraint...
The seat track range provides aluminium anchoring rails for aircraft seats, cargo restraint systems and cabin equipment. Seat tracks accept stud and stud-fitting hardware along a standardized...
This single stud fitting integrates a length adjuster on the stud body, so one component handles both the seat track or pallet anchor and the adjustment of the connected strap. It simplifies...
This end fitting carries a latched hook mounted on a triangular delta ring, the delta ring taking the 50 mm webbing and the latched hook engaging on anchor rings, floor fittings and other...
This hook-and-loop fastener system is the aerospace counterpart of standard Velcro tape, used in cabin assemblies where a removable fixture is required and where a fire-retardant textile is...
D-rings are half-round anchor parts used as fixed attachment points for restraint strap and net assemblies. The flat side takes the webbing loop and the round side receives the hook, snap or...
Belt buckles supply a quick connection for light belt and restraint assemblies, with male and female parts forming the complete buckle. They are used for equipment belts, light cabin restraints and...
Over-center buckles are manual tensioning devices that lock the strap with a single lever movement. Compared with a ratchet, the over-center action gives fast, repeatable tension setting without...
Raschel netting is a knitted mesh fabric supplied by the metre and used to build cabin partitions, baggage retention curtains and custom net assemblies that need a textile mesh rather than a...
The cargo hook is mounted on the cargo net itself and engages directly in the net mesh to set the working height of the net and adjust its tension over the load. Repositioning the hook from one...
Flat snap hooks are end fittings for restraint strap assemblies, used to connect the webbing to cabin anchor rings, footman loops and floor fittings. A hinged latch is mounted on a rivet and closes...
This hook combines a fixed eye for permanent attachment with a hooking end fitted with a safety latch. The eye is sewn or pinned to the net edge, and the latched hook engages cabin anchor rings,...
Double stud fittings engage two adjacent positions of a seat track or air cargo pallet rail, giving a stronger anchor point than a single stud. They are the standard anchor format for ULD restraint...
