Rings
Round rings are closed anchor parts used as connection points in restraint, tie-down and lifting assemblies. The closed shape lets straps, slings and connectors run all the way around the ring,...
25 mm hook and loop tape conforming to Airbus ASNA 3546 standards and FAR 25.853. Available in white, black and grey. For aircraft cabin assemblies and removable fixtures.
Data sheet
This hook-and-loop fastener system is the aerospace counterpart of standard Velcro tape, used in cabin assemblies where a removable fixture is required and where a fire-retardant textile is mandatory. Hook tape (ASNA 3546-1875) and loop tape (ASNA 3546-1825) are sold separately so the right combination can be assembled for the application.
Width is 25 mm for both tapes, with a uniform weight of 15 g/m. Standard colors are white, black and grey, to match cabin finishes and equipment liveries. The fastener is approved for use in aircraft under FAR 25 appendix F and conforms to the Airbus ASNA 3546 specifications.
Other widths are available on demand for specific cabin installations.

Cam buckles are simple manual tensioning devices for restraint straps. The cam locks the webbing as soon as the lever is released, giving reliable load securing without the bulk or effort of a...
Footman loops are U-shaped bolt-down anchor points fixed to the cabin floor, cargo platform or equipment panel, giving a hook-on point for a restraint or lashing strap. They are the most common...
This tubular polyester webbing is used for corner ropes and lashing assemblies in air transport. The tubular construction spreads the load around the full circumference of the strap, which limits...
This end fitting carries a latched hook mounted on a triangular delta ring, the delta ring taking the 50 mm webbing and the latched hook engaging on anchor rings, floor fittings and other...
The hook with keeper is a two-part strap end fitting used for a secured attachment to an anchor ring or bar. Both the male part (a double J hook with keeper wire on a delta ring) and the female...
The hook with spaced fingers is a heavy-duty end fitting whose two parallel fingers are set apart in a U-shape, engaging spaced bars, grids and double anchor points that a single-finger hook cannot...
Over-center buckles are manual tensioning devices that lock the strap with a single lever movement. Compared with a ratchet, the over-center action gives fast, repeatable tension setting without...
Snap latches are spring-loaded closures used in cabin restraint and equipment assemblies, where a strap needs to be opened and re-closed often and without tools. A press on the latch releases the...
This PVC tarpaulin is the fire-resistant grade specified for use in aircraft cabins and air cargo holds, where any covering material must meet flammability requirements. It is used for load...
Flat snap hooks are end fittings for restraint strap assemblies, used to connect the webbing to cabin anchor rings, footman loops and floor fittings. A hinged latch is mounted on a rivet and closes...
Slide buckles are length-adjustment fittings for webbing straps. The webbing threads through the buckle and locks by friction, allowing manual adjustment of the strap length without a tensioning...
The lifting ring is a stainless steel delta ring fitted with 4 flat hooks, used as the central gathering point of a lifting net assembly. Each hook is sewn to one corner of the lifting net, and the...
The bi-pass buckle is a flat two-slot steel plate for 50 mm webbing. The webbing passes through one slot and back through the second, where it locks by friction. Depending on how it is threaded,...
Fixation plates are flat anchor parts used to bolt the end of a webbing strap to the airframe, a load platform or any structure with matching threaded holes. The webbing loops through the plate,...
Double J hooks are end fittings formed of two J-shaped wire fingers joined to a triangular webbing loop. The two fingers hook onto bars, floor fittings and anchor points, giving a stable engagement...
