Hook with spaced fingers - 5 000 daN
The hook with spaced fingers is a heavy-duty end fitting whose two parallel fingers are set apart in a U-shape, engaging spaced bars, grids and double anchor points that a single-finger hook cannot...
Hook with keeper for 50 mm webbing, 3 300 daN ultimate load, zinc-plated steel. Two-part end fitting (male hook + female delta ring) that locks around an anchor ring as soon as the strap is tensioned.
Data sheet
The hook with keeper is a two-part strap end fitting used for a secured attachment to an anchor ring or bar. Both the male part (a double J hook with keeper wire on a delta ring) and the female part (a plain delta ring) are mounted on the same webbing loop at the strap end.
In use, the male hook engages on the anchor ring, the female delta ring closes back over the hook, and webbing tension keeps the two parts together around the ring. As long as the strap stays under load, the connection cannot accidentally release; deliberate slack must be introduced to take the fitting off the ring. The result is a fast, tool-free attachment that stays secured throughout normal handling and vibration.
Ultimate load is 3 300 daN per part for 50 mm webbing. Construction is zinc-plated steel for corrosion resistance, with the female part at 82.7 g and the male part at 151.5 g.
Stocked as spare parts. Each strap end uses one male and one female part on the same webbing loop.
