ASNA flat polyester webbing
The ASNA flat polyester webbing range is manufactured in conformity with Airbus ASNA 3573 standards and is approved for use in aircraft applications under FAR 25 appendix F. It is used for...
Ratchet buckles for 25, 35 and 50 mm webbing, ultimate loads from 750 to 5 000 daN. Zinc-plated or stainless steel. Controlled tensioning for restraint and lashing assemblies.
Data sheet
Ratchet buckles are manual tensioning devices for restraint and lashing straps. The ratchet mechanism applies and holds high tension in controlled increments, which makes it the standard choice for medium to heavy securing assemblies in cabin and cargo applications.
The range covers three webbing widths and several load ratings: 25 mm versions from 750 to 2 000 daN, a 35 mm version at 3 000 daN, and 50 mm versions up to 5 000 daN. Construction is zinc-plated steel or stainless steel for corrosion resistance, with unit weights from 205 g to just over 1 kg depending on the model. A long-handle stainless version applies more tensioning force with less effort, and comfort-line blue-handle versions are available on the 25 mm and 35 mm references for visual identification and easier grip.
Stocked as spare parts, compatible with the corresponding GPI Forankra webbing widths.

This tubular polyester webbing is used for corner ropes and lashing assemblies in air transport. The tubular construction spreads the load around the full circumference of the strap, which limits...
Double stud fittings engage two adjacent positions of a seat track or air cargo pallet rail, giving a stronger anchor point than a single stud. They are the standard anchor format for ULD restraint...
The threaded studs with nut connect equipment, seats and accessory rails to the seat track or to an air cargo pallet attachment, with a standard hex nut that is torqued with a wrench. They are the...
The cargo hook is mounted on the cargo net itself and engages directly in the net mesh to set the working height of the net and adjust its tension over the load. Repositioning the hook from one...
Footman loops are U-shaped bolt-down anchor points fixed to the cabin floor, cargo platform or equipment panel, giving a hook-on point for a restraint or lashing strap. They are the most common...
The threaded studs with ergonomic plastic handle connect equipment, seats and accessory rails to the seat track or to an air cargo pallet attachment, with the ergonomic handle allowing tool-free...
Raschel netting is a knitted mesh fabric supplied by the metre and used to build cabin partitions, baggage retention curtains and custom net assemblies that need a textile mesh rather than a...
This PVC tarpaulin is the fire-resistant grade specified for use in aircraft cabins and air cargo holds, where any covering material must meet flammability requirements. It is used for load...
This aluminium anchor plate provides a fixed attachment point for single stud fittings in cargo restraint assemblies. It is used to anchor straps and nets to the aircraft structure or to load...
Rectangular rings are designed to connect two different webbing for an assembly. The range covers four rectangular sizes from 16 to 23 mm with ultimate loads from 100 to 300 daN, and one small...
Flat snap hooks are end fittings for restraint strap assemblies, used to connect the webbing to cabin anchor rings, footman loops and floor fittings. A hinged latch is mounted on a rivet and closes...
Snap latches are spring-loaded closures used in cabin restraint and equipment assemblies, where a strap needs to be opened and re-closed often and without tools. A press on the latch releases the...
Over-center buckles are manual tensioning devices that lock the strap with a single lever movement. Compared with a ratchet, the over-center action gives fast, repeatable tension setting without...
The bi-pass buckle is a flat two-slot steel plate for 50 mm webbing. The webbing passes through one slot and back through the second, where it locks by friction. Depending on how it is threaded,...
This aluminium double anchor plate provides a reinforced attachment point for stud fittings in cargo restraint assemblies that call for a higher load rating than the standard anchor plate. It...
