The Double 1B6N net is the extended version of the 1B6N, used to secure loads carried on two coupled 463L / HCU-6/E pallets in a single restraint operation. It complies with the applicable MIL-N-27443 requirements.
Construction uses 22 mm polyester slotted webbing approved under FAR 25.853, with an anti-abrasion treatment for sustained performance in operational conditions. Footprint covers 108x178" (the two coupled pallets), with a 96" loading height. Tare weight is 40 kg. Maximum gross weight depends on the aircraft Weight & Balance manual and pallet rating, with a manufacturer recommendation of 13 750 lb.
Restraint is provided by 32 tie down hooks with retainer and 52 adjusting hooks. Two central placards display the net references and operating data.
Options include custom logo on placards, ODLN placard, lightweight ergonomic hooks, metal identification plates and green webbing for military applications.
