The PGA and PGF cargo pallet net range secures unit load devices on 96x238.5" main deck air cargo pallets, the largest standard ULD format used in B747, B777, MD-11 and other freighter operations. Identified under NAS 3610 code 2G1N, every reference is certified ETSO C90c and complies with IATA standard specifications 50/1 and 50/2.
Construction uses 13 mm polyester slotted webbing approved under FAR 25.853, assembled in a 250x250 mm knotless mesh. Maximum gross weight is 30 000 lb (13 608 kg) for the full range. Two loading heights are available: 96" and 118", with tare weights of 24 kg and 28 kg respectively.
Each net is fitted with 44 ISO 9788 double studs and 44 adjusting hooks for tensioning, distributed around the full perimeter. Two central placards (300x150 mm) carry the net size, MGW and pallet type.
Options include custom logo on placards, ODLN placard, lightweight ergonomic hooks for faster ground handling and metal identification plates. EASA Form 1 certificate and Component & Maintenance Manual are supplied with each net.
