The ETSO C172 tie down strap with 10 000 lb ultimate load is the heavy-duty reference of the range, used to secure ULDs, vehicles and heavy cargo in commercial and military aircraft. Certification is ETSO C172, with manufacturer label and full traceability.
Construction uses 50 mm polyester flat webbing approved under FAR 25.853, with a 10 000 lb / 4 536 kg ultimate load. Tensioning is handled by a ratchet buckle, and the total assembly length is configurable from 1 to 12 m. End fittings are selected via the online configurator, with twisted hook, double J hook and flat hook as standard options.
Color and marking are available on demand subject to minimum order quantity. Straps are delivered with an EASA Form 1 certificate. Standard packaging is 2 straps per bag. UV proof bags can be provided on demand.
