The PKC cargo pallet net is used to secure unit load devices on 60.4x61.5" air cargo pallets, the format compatible with LD2 and LD3 positions in widebody lower decks. Identified under NAS 3610 code 2K3N, every reference is certified ETSO C90c and meets IATA standard specifications 50/1 and 50/2.
Construction relies on 13 mm polyester slotted webbing approved under FAR 25.853, assembled in a 250x250 mm knotless mesh. Maximum gross weight is 3 500 lb (1 588 kg). Three loading heights are available: 46", 64" and 80", with tare weights of 5.5 kg, 6.3 kg and 7 kg respectively.
Each net comes with 12 ISO 9788 double studs and 12 adjusting hooks for fast tensioning. Two central placards (300x150 mm) carry the net size, MGW and pallet type.
Options include custom logo on placards, ODLN placard, lightweight ergonomic hooks and metal identification plates. EASA Form 1 certificate and Component & Maintenance Manual are supplied with each net.
