Data sheet
The PMC and PAG cargo pallet net range secures unit load devices on 88/96x125" air cargo pallets. Identified under NAS 3610 codes 2M2N (PMC) and 2A1N (PAG), every reference is certified ETSO C90c and meets IATA standard specifications 50/1 and 50/2 for international air freight operations.
Construction uses 13 mm polyester slotted webbing approved under FAR 25.853, assembled in a 250x250 mm knotless mesh. Maximum gross weight is 15 000 lb (6 804 kg) for the full range. Three loading heights are available: 64", 96" and 118", with tare weights of 9.4 kg, 10.3 kg and 11.9 kg respectively. These figures place the nets well below the average weight of standard polyester nets and contribute to drastically lowering fuel consumption over the service life.
Each net is fitted with 18 ISO 9788 double studs, 24 adjusting hooks for fast tensioning and 4 lashing lines. Two central placards (300x150 mm) carry the net size, maximum gross weight and pallet type. A legacy military P/N is referenced for the 118" version, kept available for procurement continuity with older fleets.
Available options include custom logo on placards, ODLN placard, lightweight ergonomic hooks for faster ground handling and metal identification plates. Each net is delivered with an EASA Form 1 certificate and the associated Component & Maintenance Manual.
