This military tie down strap is the functional equivalent of the CGU-1/B strap defined by MIL-PRF-27260C, used for cargo and equipment restraint in military air transport. It is built to ISO 16049-1 and offers the same restraint function as the original CGU-1/B reference for operators seeking a drop-in alternative.
Construction uses 45 mm polyester flat webbing, with a 5 000 lb / 2 268 kg ultimate load and a fixed total length of 6 m (can be customized). Tensioning is handled by a ratchet buckle including the double J hook fitting.The other end of the straps has a flat hook to connect to standard military anchor points and cargo rings.
Standard color is white. Other configurations are available on request for specific procurement programs.
