The PLA cargo pallet net secures unit load devices on 60.4x125" air cargo pallets, the long half-width format used in lower deck operations of B747, B777 and B787 freighters. Identified under NAS 3610 code 2L3N, every reference is certified ETSO C90c and complies with IATA standard specifications 50/1 and 50/2.
Construction uses 13 mm polyester slotted webbing approved under FAR 25.853, assembled in a 250x250 mm knotless mesh. Maximum gross weight is 7 000 lb (3 175 kg). Two loading heights are available: 64" and 80", with tare weights of 8.2 kg and 9 kg respectively.
Each net includes 16 ISO 9788 double studs and 16 adjusting hooks for fast tensioning. Two central placards (300x150 mm) carry the net size, MGW and pallet type.
Options include custom logo on placards, ODLN placard, lightweight ergonomic hooks and metal identification plates. EASA Form 1 certificate and Component & Maintenance Manual are supplied with each net.
