The ETSO C172 tie down strap with 5 000 lb ultimate load is the medium-duty reference of the range, used to secure cabin equipment, ULDs and heavy cargo in commercial and military aircraft. Certification is ETSO C172, with manufacturer label and full traceability.
Construction uses 45 mm polyester flat webbing approved under FAR 25.853, with a 5 000 lb / 2 268 kg ultimate load. Two tensioning options are available: ratchet buckle or over-centre buckle, depending on the application and operating preference. Total assembly length is configurable from 1 to 12 m. End fittings are selected via the online configurator, with double stud and flat hook as standard options.
Color and marking are available on demand subject to minimum order quantity. Straps are delivered with an EASA Form 1 certificate. Standard packaging is 10 straps per bag.
