The reusable thermal cover protects temperature-sensitive air cargo during ramp, hold and transit phases, where ambient conditions can otherwise compromise pharmaceutical and perishable shipments. It is sized to fit PMC pallets at 96" x 125" with a 64" loading height, with other dimensions available on demand.
The cover is built from 7 layers of insulating material with a measured thermal conductivity of 0.028 W/mK, giving consistent insulation across the pallet footprint. Weight is 490 g/sqm. The reusable design avoids the recurring cost and waste of single-use thermal blankets across repeated lanes.
Compliant with FAR 25 cabin requirements for cargo applications. Easy to install and remove on the ground.
